Questions about scope and pricing
The written proposal is the final source of truth for what is included, who supplies what, and how the project moves.
How can the smallest projects start at these prices?
The lower starting points assume a tightly defined job, prepared client content, prompt decisions, and limited complexity. We reduce the scope—not the care, judgment, or technical standard applied within it.
What does “starting at” mean?
It is the minimum for the standard scope described on this page. Extra pages, content preparation, migrations, integrations, specialized compliance needs, custom media, paid software, or accelerated schedules can increase the proposal.
Will we own the website?
Your domain and business content stay in your ownership. After outstanding invoices are paid, we provide the agreed custom site files and reasonable account handoff. Third-party tools, licenses, fonts, platforms, and services remain subject to their own terms.
Do you guarantee Google, Bing, or AI-search placement?
No. We can improve technical quality, crawlability, structure, content signals, and measurement, but search and AI platforms control whether and how a site is indexed, ranked, cited, or displayed.
Is professional email included?
A standard Microsoft 365 setup starts at $150. Provider licenses, mailbox subscriptions, migrations, complex DNS or tenant work, Google Workspace projects, and ongoing administration are priced separately unless the proposal includes them.
What is not normally included?
Unless listed in the proposal, starting prices do not include copywriting, logo design, photography, video, legal or accessibility certification, paid media, ad spend, email licenses, domain fees, product entry at scale, custom software, or third-party subscription charges.
